Color Ideas

This picture reminds me of chinese new years. I really like how the lantern in the front is in focus while the other ones are out of focus. And it's red. I like red. But I like blue more.

I love that little lady bug. It's so cute. The red isn't popping though.

This looks very awesome. I love how they used a mirror and the sky had beautiful clouds that day for them to do this photo. The water is crisp and clear in this photo as well.

Time Exposure

This picture looks SOOOO cool. This picture makes me think of Da Vinci's diagram of a man. I think I should do that.

I loooove that twist in the throw of the dice. It looks very nice. It's like the leading line to the dice, which  is on the rule of thirds.

I really like the trails the billiard balls leave on the pool table. I also like how the balls are in the triangle, so it's like showing, "we were like this... and now we're everywhere else."

All photos are clickable and were found using Google, because Flickr decided not to work in school.

Yearbook Ideas

ITS SO ADORABLEEE
This picture. is. adorable. Enough said.
I like how the paint bottles and paint brush in front of him is out of focus.

The students look busy and intrigued with the lab they are doing. They're all doing different things.

This picture is cute. The couple is kind of on the rule of thirds. I think it's a little too green...

Fashion Ideas

I'm not in love with this picture, but the idea that's portrayed is lovely. I like the colors of the picture overall. It's somewhat grey, but the leaves are little bursts of color.

This looks like it was taken with hipstamatic or instagram, but apparently it's not. I like the wind in this picture. It made the field, her scarf and hair lean towards the left. I'd like to do something with wind, but instead of having the hair blow into someone's face, make it blow away.

I love the close up on this model. She's pale which matches the background and there's red on her hair and lips. I'm not sure what the powder is on her face... I had an idea of what I wanted to do, and this close up made me enhance my idea.

My Self Portraits :)

Architecture Ideas

This photo reminds me of going to Universal Studios over the summer. It has very vivid colors. The angle is just straight up. I get dizzy staring at it too long. Haha.

Same photographer, cool. I love the translucent staircase and a person's silhouette walking up the stairs. The repeating lines of the staircase make a leading line towards the left of the photo.

Photo By: Andrew (without a last name...)
This picture of a Japanese temple has really nice lighting. I'm not sure if it was taken like that or if he went onto photoshop to do it, but I love the faint vignette and the blue tone to the picture. It gives the temple a really eerie feeling. Because I watch japanese dramas and anime, it's quite relevant to what temples are portrayed as.

Self Portrait Ideas

O_O I've been in this class for 4  years now. Why do I need more self portraits -_-

This photo is adorable! I like that he's "holding" a camera and he has different expressions for each of the photos. He only used one lighting source for this picture.

It's like the bill just came, and he's not happy about it. I like the idea of putting the camera inside the mailbox. I wish that red thing on the left hand side was gone though.

This photo is such an awesome idea. It's creative. I think his nose should've been blown off, too. That's okay.
