Shinee.

Unfortunately for me, my pictures didn't come out as planned.
AND I had some troubles... I accidently formatted my memory card without taking ALL of the pictures off. Ugh.

Anyways here are the pictures I managed to rummage. :P

I'm not happy with these...

.Time Exposure Ideas.

This week's project is time exposure.
These are some pictures that will be inspiring my pictures.

This picture is by Dan DeChiaro on Flickr. This picture gave me the idea of having a light shower.
I'm not sure if the guy had hot pieces of metal welding falling on him or not, but this is very neat. Unlike the other two photos, this photo is colored.
This picture, the user name is weird and there was no real name given, but it was in the Getty Images collection.  I love how the cell phone numbers are like 3-D.
This photo is by Rich Johnson. It's such an awesome photo. It seems so simple in a way. Like, someone is just pouring some wine for the person holding the glass.

Myyyy awesome portraits ;]

Okay... So I ran into some troubles trying to take my portraits, but in the end, I'm awesome as always :]

So the first two portraits are of Alexis and Olivia.
Both Alexis and Olivia were being photographed by Cortez. He's super tall. I'm super short. It took me a while to actually get a nice picture.. ish.
The next photograph is of me. It's puuury lame, but I took the concept of having a line going diagonally on the photo with trees somewhere in the picture. Haha
Not much to say about this picture...

These last few pictures are of a GIGANTIC marble I found in my house. These were quite fun to shoot.

If something is far away, then it's upside down in the marble, but if it's just pressed up against it, the marble is a magnifying glass. o:
The portraits of the ring is almost like a self portrait, since it's my class ring, teehee.

So yeahhh. Those are my photos for our very first assignment.
Unfortunately my internet died yesterday due to my daddy hitting a wire somewhere outside and cutting out our telephone and internet. >< Oh daddy... lol.

.Bloop. Ideas for a New Year!

:D It's awesome to be able to blog in class again. Teehee.

Here are some ideas for my portraits I'll be shooting soon.

This picture was taken by Lars Kehrel. It's showing a shallow depth of field. I find it quite creative, taking a picture of a couple taking a picture.

This picture was taken by Sandrine Escamilla. I just find this picture ADORABLE!!! Using a marble is amazing.

This picture was taken by MGM Photography for Carli's Senior Portraits. It's cliche having someone on a railroad, but the direction of the railroad and where she is positioned in the photo is quite charming.

All photos were found of FLICKR

So yepp. I'm going to try my best to apply these ideas into my portraits. :]

Gallery Night- Time to Shine :]

Oh Em Gee :] Gallery Night is coming!!! I'm really excited ^-^
I have two of my pictures showing. That's super awesome. Last year, I only had one picture entered into the gallery. But this year, [with the help of Mrs. Ellman] I got two pictures in.
I had submittd 4 flower pictures because I was thinking about theme, guess I was wrong to do that. Haha

Well, the gallery will be at Marty Seybold's place which is at
4204 S.W. Green Oaks Suite 100, Arlington, TX
The gallery will be on Wednesday, April 21st at 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM

The place is sort of behind a Wal-Greens. I got lost the first time getting there. Hahaha. Well, here's a map if you need it :)

The gallery will show VERY AWESOME pictures from many people. And you get a chance to bid on your favorite photo!!! The money we raise from our auction will go to the American Cancer Society [which like every club in school is trying to raise money for, haha.]

I feel that donating to the American Cancer Society is one of the best choice not only because it's almost like anything in your body can get cancer and that approximately 1.4 million people in the US get diagnosed with cancer each year AND there's like a gazillion different types of cancers you can have in your body,
but also it's because not too long ago, I found out that my very dear friend I knew since 1st grade had been diagnosed with ovarian cancer. She knew it was coming since it was passed down from mother to daughter. I don't know all the details, but she's a strong girl and I wish the best for her. Love you, Linda N!

So I hope to see lots of people there, helping us with a great cause and having fun. There will be yummilicious food. [You totally have to go now. Lol]
